To Our Valued Guests,

During these uncertain times our staff is committed to making your stay as safe and enjoyable as possible. With that in mind, we are staying up to date with State of Hawaii regulations, Department of Health and CDC guidelines and making changed where necessary.

We have increased our daily sanitization of public areas and have trained our staff on proper use of cleaning products and processes. All employees are required to wear face masks while working as well as gloves when necessary and maintain a physical distance of 6 feet from all guests.

Guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. To minimize close contact with guests and employees, we have eliminated daily housekeeping service. We will now only go in after your 3rd night. Housekeeping service will be completed while you are out of the room. If you require extra towels, linens or other amenities they can be picked up at the Front Desk upon request.

Our restaurant has been modified to maintain a physical distance of 6 feet between tables as well as adding physical barriers where possible. We have enhanced our sanitization process for high touch areas as well as tables and chairs between use.

The Governor of Hawaii has mandated that all individuals wear face coverings over their noses and mouths when in public settings. This includes, but is not limited to, lobby, hallways, public restrooms and restaurant (unless seated at a table). While in the parking lots, face coverings are recommended but not required as long as a physical distance of 6 feet from other individuals can be maintained.

Please be aware there is a mandatory 10-day quarantine for all trans-Pacific travelers arriving on the Big Island and Manago Hotel IS NOT able to accept guests required to quarantine. If you are a resident of the State of Hawaii who has not traveled out of state within 10 days of your reservation, a valid Hawaii ID will be required upon check-in. If you are not a resident of the State of Hawaii and are participating in the Pre-Travel Testing Program, proof of your negative test result from a trusted testing partner will be required upon check-in. Pending test results will not be accepted.  Individuals fully vaccinated in the State of Hawaii may enter without pre-travel testing/quarantine starting the 15th day after the completion of their vaccination, proof of vaccination will be required upon check-in.  For more information on travel restrictions and guidelines please go to https://www.gohawaii.com/travel-requirements OR https://hawaiicovid19.com/travel/. If you have completed your 10-day quarantine, your plane ticket/itinerary proving you have been on island at least 10 days will be required upon check-in. Failure to present any of the above required documents will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation.

We appreciate your continued support and help to keep our community safe. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
